To give a second lease of life to objects ? To bargain-hunt in the auction rooms and second-hand shops ? Every year, we can count approximately 15 million of French people participating to second-hand shops, flea markets or car boot sales. It is one of the favorite hobbies of French people, who also like to watch that everything can be sold or bought on TV.
The daily programme "Affaire Conclue" broadcast for a few months on the french TV channel France 2, has an audience that doesn't stop growing.
Nonetheless, it is M6 that first launched its TV sho dedicated to the backstage of the auction rooms from 2010 with "Un Trésor dans votre maison" produced by Mediafisher/Gtnco. Seasons after seasons, the show, broadcast in prime-time on saturdays, gathered more than 2 million of viewers by helping the French finding hidden treasures in their house, goods that are then put up for auction.

Good news ! We can watch again Jérôme Anthony, the historical presenter of the show ! Indeed, the Group M6 proposes from now on a daily broadcasting of "Un trésor dans votre maison" on the channel 6ter. Also, since late March, Jérôme Anthony is on channel 22 on Wednesdays at 3.20 pm and 5.20pm. In the company of Elsa Gody and Emmanuel Layan, they play their part as auctioneers in the spotlight and go to private people's homes all around France to estimate objects and furniture in their interior in order to put them up for auction. We know, maybe but bidtween, the online auction site with lots offered by professionals, was launched by Cyril Chamalet, the french TV producer of "Cash in the attic" french version and "Auctions made in France, .
